Ha-ha, okay, so this is my WIP I guess.

I decided I should post this sketch just in case anyone comes stumbling (tumbling?) upon this blog tonight! Hee-hee. I wanted to prove I HAVEN’T STOPPED READING HOMESTUCK OR DRAWING ODD FANART. These things are still a go, Thundercats.

Jeez this is the most awkward post.

• “SUMMER” 

The best part of this drawing is so obviously the Bomb Pop. It’s like, not even worth discussing.

I love this outfit, partially because the socks are my favorite ever (so thick and comfy!!), but also because it’s just so cute and cheery! Plus, since the top has short sleeves and a little hoodie, I feel comfortable wearing it when it’s too hot to wear my regular hoodies.

• “WINTER” 

I live in Colorado. It’s frickin’ freezing here.

Sometimes I go outside and think, “It literally cannot be this cold. I’m going to die. I am going to die because I can no longer breathe.”

I don’t really own anything warm; even the things that seem like they should be warm, like my favorite hoodie, are usually threadbare and full of huge holes. It’s pretty much a pain, because I don’t want to be cold, but it’s too expensive to buy well-insulated things! And I seriously doubt I could break away from skirts, even in the snow.

• “SWIMWEAR” 

In this case, I dared venture away from Wal-Mart to purchase this precious bathing suit at K-Mart. People notice it all the time and tell me it’s the cutest thing, which is always really nice because I’m incredibly shy when I wear it! Understandably, I don’t wear it very often.

I really didn’t do it justice, because it is sooo adorable and I wish you could see it. But I did a nice job drawing the feet so WHATEVER YOU GUYS. Also, I changed the eyecolor on a couple of these and forgot to save those changes. Whoopsidoodle!

• “SEMI-FORMAL” 

I remember my brain looping the thought “HATERS GONNA HATE” as I drew this. For that reason, I ended up drawing inspiration for the pose from one of my favorite pictures of Eridan.

DRASTIC CHANGE IN HAIRCOLOR? This is because I’m trying to base it on hairstyles I’ve had within the last twelve months. My hair’s currently pink (like in my Everyday drawing), and I would never wear red with pink hair. It’s a very strict rule of mine.

A ridiculous amount of my clothes come from Wal-Mart. Just saying.

OUTFIT 1/5
• “EVERYDAY” 

For the past couple days I’ve been working on a meme where you’re asked to draw between five and thirteen outfits according to the prompts provided. (I chose to draw an everyday outfit, a semi-formal outfit, swimwear, a winter outfit, and a summer outfit.) I’ll be queuing these bad boys to post automatically every hour until I’m out! Then, you know, it’s done.

But I’m thinking you should probably draw one as well, if you’re into it! Here’s the blank template, which I normally would have drawn on, but it isn’t very conducive to tumblr posting. I really want to see how other people dress, though!

My fashion style is not that impressive. I wear skirts/dresses almost exclusively, and I’m usually wearing a hoodie: you’ll find this reflected in the outfits I own which I drew. Also, my drawing style fluctuates a lot in these. SORRY, DON’T KNOW WHY IT HAPPENED.
